Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is FREE and we currently only deliver to UK addresses.

Once your order is received, each item is carefully printed. We aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 to 10 business working day.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply email us at sales@rnrwear.com and we’ll be happy to walk you through the process, including which address to return the item to.

Timing Guidelines
  • Email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.
Non-Returnable or Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom/personalised orders.
  • Used or worn items.
  • Sale items.

  • All items are made to order – shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please email us before sending anything back. We cannot accept, refund or exchange unsolicited returns.
  • Once your returned item is received and approved, we’ll arrange a refund or exchange promptly.
